Apache/error.logをリモートから閲覧へ行く。

　Webブラウザ経由でリモートからエラーログ(error.log)を監視できるように簡単なスクリプトを用意しました。でも、本当に危機的な状況が発生してサーバがダウンしちゃうと、当然閲覧できませんけどね。
